I recently stayed at this hotel in the center of Hanoi Old Quarter and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that included a delicious homemade pancake breakfast. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. Lastly, the location was perfect, tucked away in a small alley right in the center of Old Quarter, making it convenient to explore the local food stalls and attractions.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

This hostel is perfectly located in the center of all the tourist attractions, with a nice cafe just across the street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with curtains on each bunk for privacy. The staff is friendly and helpful, assisting with tour bookings and providing great service. The breakfast options are impressive, with tasty dishes like chicken noodles and delicious eggs. The beds also come with a lamp and power socket for convenience.

The bathrooms could use an upgrade.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the cleanliness of the hostel could have been improved, as it was not as clean as I would have liked.

The staff at Az Hanoi Hostel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They planned a great sightseeing day for us and even helped us communicate in Vietnamese. The location of the hostel is perfect, with many attractions within walking distance and plenty of food and drink options nearby.

Everything was just right.

The breakfast offered two complementary dishes that satisfied my appetite. The location was perfect; very close to many restaurants and cafes. the hotel had a rooftop that offered a beautiful view of the city.

The stairs to the top floor were a bit of a challenge for me, as I am not in the best shape. there were some communication issues with the staff, as some of them did not speak English fluently.
